Motivation
I discovered my love for teaching early on; my first memory was helping a young family friend learn to ski when I was 15.
I find it deeply rewarding to share knowledge and figure out how each student learns, a puzzle I enjoy solving with every lesson.
Teaching guitar became a natural extension of my passion for music and performance. What excites me most about teaching today is exploring music through a student’s fresh perspective, keeping the curiosity and joy of learning alive.

My approach is practical, personalised, and goal-oriented: we focus on technique, musicality, and theory in ways that directly connect to what you want to play.
I see lessons as a journey made up of manageable, meaningful steps. This approach helps you build technique, musicality, and confidence at a steady pace, while keeping the joy and inspiration in music alive. Rather than throwing you into the unknown, I make sure every lesson connects directly to your goals and growth.

Tritone Music Mentors
I teach guitar at Tritone Music Mentors, a music school in Amsterdam that offers personalized 1-on-1 lessons across a wide range of instruments, including guitar, bass, piano, drums, singing, saxophone, trumpet, flute, and violin. The school is built around a mentor-based approach, helping students grow creatively, develop their own musical voice, and learn in a supportive environment.
At Tritone, students can choose a mentor that fits their goals, start with a free trial lesson, and continue learning through a flexible credit-based lesson system. Lessons take place in Tritone’s studios in Amsterdam, and students also have opportunities to join band workshops, practice sessions, and explore multiple instruments.
